K & N air filters advantages:

  • Better air flow through the larger surface
  • Filter material is cotton (original paper)
  • Longer life
  • Filter can be cleaned and reused (filter lasts longer than the motorcycle, so never buy a new one)
  • Because of the shape, the pressure drop of the air through-flow reduced to a minimum

The installation of a K & N air filter on your motorcycle with little technical knowledge. It is a matter of exchange of the original air filter at an air filter of K & N. Brakepads motorcycle rear

Good rear brakes are a very important part of the safety on your motorcycle. That is why we have chosen the renowned Ferodo brand. Ferodo is a manufacturer of brake pads for motorcycles and is also used in racing. Through years of experience, an excellent mix has been found between good braking power and service life, especially with the sintered brake pads.

Replacing brake pads

Replacing brake pads is a job that can be done with little technical knowledge, but it must be done carefully. Use the correct tools for this. In addition, it is VERY IMPORTANT that everything is properly tightened and tightened to the torques (Nm) specified by the manufacturer. So when in doubt, it is always advisable to have it installed at a motorcycle shop.

Correct rear brake pads

There are mainly 2 types of rear brake pads for street use, namely organic and sintered pads. The organic brake pads have a longer service life, but provide less braking power. The sintered brake pads form a good combination between service life and braking power. For normal street use, the sintered brake pads are therefore recommended for use with the rear brake.

To find brake pads that are suitable for your motorcycle, you can use the selector to search our webshop. If no brake pad is found there, you can also search directly in the Ferodo database. You can then find the right brake pads in our webshop based on the type number.
